Influence of Bacterial Inoculation on Growth and Plant Nutrition of Peach Grafted in Different Rootstocks in Calcareous Soil

چکیده
The highly calcareous soil limits plant growth parameters due to inadequate uptake of nutrients. Calcareous conditions affect through impaired chlorophyll synthesis, root growth, enzyme and nutrient uptake. To overcome the negative effect soil, six bacterial strains namely Alcaligenes 637Ca, Agrobacterium A18, Staphylococcus MFDCa1, MFDCa2, Bacillus M3, Pantoea FF1 were inoculated in one-year-old plants peach cultivar ‘Elegant Lady’ grafted onto GF677 Nemaguard rootstocks. treatments observed improve content compared control. Moreover, rootstock was be more tolerant high than Nemaguard, showing better content. At rootstocks, largest leaf area upon inoculation with MFDCa2 (29.1 cm2), (28.8 M3 (28.1 whereas at rootstock, highest MFDCa1 (34.7 (32.6 637Ca (31.5 cm2). iron higher In measured (133.49 mg kg–1) (127.64 kg–1), (131.51 (131.21 (127.72 (127.68 resulted results indicate that inoculations have a significant potential can used as biofertilizers for conditions.

Effects of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi on Growth and Nutrient Uptake of Apple Rootstocks in Calcareous Soil
The effects of three Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) species (Glomus versiforme, Claroideoglomus etunicatum and Rhizophagus intraradices) were studied on the growth parameters and nutrient uptake of three apple rootstocks (M.9, M.7 and MM.106). The soil medium contained a high level of calcium carbonate (38.65%). The results showed that AMF inoculation could increase almost all growth parame...

since the 1960s the age effects on learning both first and second language have been explored by many linguists and applied linguists (e.g lennerberg, 1967; schachter, 1996; long, 1990) and the existence of critical period for language acquisition was found to be a common ground of all these studies. in spite of some common findings, some issues about the impacts of age on acquiring a second or...

Effect of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus, plant growth promoting rhizobacterium, and soil drying on different forms of potassium and clay mineral changes in a calcareous soil under maize planting
ABSTRACT- Greenhouse experiment was conducted in factorial experiment arranged as a completely randomized design (CRD) to evaluate the effect of Glomus intraradices, Pseudomonas fluorescence and soil drying on different forms of potassium (K) and the changes of clay minerals in a calcareous soil after maize planting. Treatments consisted of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungus at two levels: G0 (...
متن کاملThe Effect of Salinity and Different Rootstocks on Fruit and Photosynthetic Parameters in Grafted Cucumber
Salinity is an important factor in reduced cucumber yield and quality. Grafting on the resistant rootstock could keep growth near to optimum condition. The aim of the present research is to investigate the characteristics of different rootstocks on physiology and fruit characteristics of cucumber. Treatments were rootstocks [Rn: Nongrafted (Cucumis sativus v. DAVOSII), Rt: Tanbal (Cucurbita max...
